  Pane bruschetta was very good.
  
  Spaghetti alla Bolognese was great could have used garlic bread to finish.
  
  Wine was a good heavy pour.

  It was the hottest day of the year. Girls in flowing dresses and suited office workers in sunglasses were lining the streets of Bath, and I was on the way to my cousin's 25th birthday party. Normally, a meal at an Italian restaurant would have brought a smile to my face, but the thought of being in a sweaty room with a hot meal in front of me today was turning me right off.
  
  Luckily for me the thoughtful waiters had sat the party on the balcony at the back. All through the meal, the waiters made sure the birthday girl had a brilliant day - singing her songs, giving her free drinks and a free pud. The meal itself was a bit on the bland side, but the service was impeccable. Great for big groups, but if you're a couple looking for a romantic evening, I'd go elsewhere.

  I really like this small Italian restaurant. It's a chain, but only has a few stores in the South West, so they still care about serving great, traditional food, rather than placing profit well above any other consideration. You'll always get a warm welcome from the staff here and the pasta dishes are simply perfect, in my opinion. The prices aren't half bad either, as you can easily go to town for less than £20 including your drinks. Yes, I recommend this place for a variety of activities, whether a date, a family meal or a birthday party. Just be sure to call ahead if have anything special in mind.

  Authentic italian restaurent, serving great pizzas at credit crunch busting prices!!! I was suprised by the quality (great) given the price tag (special lunch deal maybe?)

  Where do I start with this place? Visited at the end of November last year and it still leaves a bad taste! We were a group of about 11 people, we got sat out in the back patio area although the restaurant was completely empty. Although heated it was still fairly cold. It took the staff 45 minutes to greet us let alone take the order and another 45 minutes for the food to come. All of our dishes came extremely hot (chilli hot) which I didn't mind so much but for others in the group they just couldn't eat it. One of our group members received a pizza with a hair on it and sent it back, they offered to make another one but with the length of time it took to come in the first place, it was utterly pointless. When we finished and managed to get our bill we had been there well over 2 hours. They also tried to charge us for the hairy pizza too! I would say steer clear of this place, there are loads of places to go for better service and price!
